What is included in your travel itineraries?
Each travel itinerary is personalized to fit the client’s requirements, so it depends on the needs and interests of the individual. Typically, they include sightseeing attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, hotels, transportation, activities, events, tours, daytrips, maps, pictures, practical info, local hidden gems, etc.
What are the steps in the itinerary planning service?
1. Don’t be shy: reach out to me through the contact form, email or social media.
2. We set up a short call to discuss your travel requirements (interests, itinerary components, trip length, budget, number of travelers, specific needs i.e. food allergies, accessibility needs, etc).
3. I work on your perfect tailor-made travel itinerary.
4. I send it to you for approval and any edits that should be made.
5. I hand over the finished product.
6. You enjoy your amazing trip and you make lifelong memories.
Do you reserve flights, hotels, tours, activities, etc?
While I include links to hotels, tours, activities, etc, I do not actually purchase or book these on your behalf. However, you will have a direct link to the purchase pages, making it a straightforward process.
Which cities/countries do you provide travel itineraries for?
For the moment, we offer tailor-made travel itineraries for Barcelona, Bruges, Brussels, Lisbon, Madrid, and Paris, but more cities will follow in the future.
How do I purchase a travel itinerary?
The payment is made via PayPal after our introductory call, and before the work begins.
What languages can you provide the travel itineraries in?
The travel itineraries (and all communication with me) can be made in English, French, Spanish or Romanian. Très bien!
In what format will I receive my travel itinerary?
The standard format of the travel itinerary is a PDF document, but you can also have it in Google Slides if you prefer.
How fast will I get my travel itinerary?
It depends on the length of the trip, but the turnaround time will be triple your trip length, i.e. for a daytrip, you will receive your itinerary in 3 days, for a 2-day trip, you will have it in 6 days, etc.
Can I share my travel itinerary with someone else?
I kindly ask you not to share your tailor-made travel itinerary with others not joining you on your trip. While I can’t stop you from doing so, do bear in mind that the itinerary is customized to you specifically, and your ideal trip will be different than other people’s.
What if my trip is canceled?
The beauty of your very own itinerary is that you can use it any time you want, even if you have to postpone your trip, so keep calm and travel on!
What if I get injured on my trip?
Dani’s Guide accepts no liability for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred while following one of my travel itineraries.
